I had almost forgotten about the visit when I received an email from Craig 11 months later asking if we were still interested in the purchase. I was extremely impressed with Craig's follow through and polite customer service without seeming intrusive. His ability to maintain contact with us sold us on purchasing the Pilot. He was also intuitively knowledgable about Honda and what the purchase had to offer, even in comparison to other like vehicles. Craig sold me on Honda. He made me feel like, and I do believe this, I was dealing with an honest person who cared about our purchase.
