I had almost forgotten about the visit when I received an email from Craig 11 months later asking if we were still interested in the purchase. I was extremely impressed with Craig's follow through and polite customer service without seeming intrusive. His ability to maintain contact with us sold us on purchasing the Pilot. He was also intuitively knowledgable about Honda and what the purchase had to offer, even in comparison to other like vehicles. Craig sold me on Honda. He made me feel like, and I do believe this, I was dealing with an honest person who cared about our purchase. I will send people to him in the future and if I ever buy another vehicle I will go back to Craig again and again. More

Chris was great. He was very patient as we installed our rear facing car seat and then tried out every seat in multiple cars to make sure it was spacious. I called this dealership to get some information on new and used cars. I spoke with Barbara Yarber and she was very helpful. She gave me her cell in case I had questions later. Christopher was an amazing car dealer. He was very knowledgable about the product that he was selling. You could tell that he supported the product that he was selling since his own family owns many H knowledgable about the product that he was selling.
