Jim was the kind of sales person with which one wants to do business. He was cordial without being "too much". He was very knowledgeable, but when confronted with something with which he was not certain h do business. He was cordial without being "too much". After the car was sold I felt like I was on my own. I needed assistance 2 weeks after I purchased my car and could not get any assistance from Jim. Car was not completely clean when I picked it up NEW. needed assistance 2 weeks after I purchased my car and could not get any assistance from Jim. Car would shake after reaching 60 miles per hour and pulling to the left after driving the car 2 only times. The list goes on......not sure if I would recommend this dealership to others. More
