Having been to three other dealerships looking for the same car we bought at Autopark Honda, this experience is not common! One would be surprised at how often dealership representatives fail at basic customer service, or lapse and say something rude or condescending. But this was not the case with Mr. Nachsin. Additionally, he was always interested in our opinion, yet never pushy. I got the BEST PRICE at Autopark AND received so much care and attention to boot, I felt special and well cared for. I will now be going 30 minutes out of my way (read: gas and time) to go TO Autopark Honda for ALL OF MY SERVICE NEEDS and I'm very happy to do that (spend the extra time and gas money) because I trust these guys and just KNOW without a doubt that they will take the BEST care of my car needs.
