I liked the fact that Auto Park has a policy of having the owner ride along when a sales rep is test driving a car to be traded-in without the owner having to pitch a fit to ride along. I was once unfortunate enough to do business with a dealership whose sales rep drove my trade in alone and didn't return my keys until after I had signed a purchase contract. I later learned that that dealership was known for less than ethical business practices. Even if Auto Park has this policy to protect against unfounded claims that a sales rep damaged a car, I see the policy as evidence that Auto Park acts in good faith in its dealings with customers. Charlie was very professional and courteous. He took the time to speak with us and never pressured us into anything.
