I was disappointed that Andrew did not honor another dealership’s oil change special and even more disappointed that he did not offer me the special they had while charging me full price. Granite, not a huge amount of money however it comes down to principle. How will I be treated the next time I purchase a new vehicle? Will I get squeezed for additional charges so the dealership can make more profits? More
