Last week there was an issue with the moonroof so I scheduled My family has purchased 6 Hondas over the years. My current car is a 2019 Fit. Love it! Last week there was an issue with the moonroof so I scheduled an appointment to have it looked. I was forced to reschedule TWICE and they took it in stride. I finally got the car in and they were unable to replicate my problem. The greased the rails and tracks, did a full multi point inspection and called me an hour or so after I dropped it off. Total Cost $0. Will I buy from them again? you bet! More

Mark was very responsive to my texts, calls, and requests, settling price via text and starting the paperwork in advance so that I could be in/out quickly. I was at the dealer less than 2 hours. I was a hard "no" on packages or dealer add-ons. I know these are where dealers make their lunch $, and while "no" #1 got respectful pushback, "no" #2 was taken in stride. I paid MSRP + dealer doc. fee + tax/tag/title. The Si are low-volume so I didn't try and haggle. I came with financing and they beat it (60 months @ 1.9%). More
