Extremely disappointing sales experience around Thanksgiving. We were in the market for a new Civic Not sure where I start...the new car sales experience or the gimmicky trade evaluation experience ...both were painful from my view point We have owned two Hondas before, one of which was bought from the same dealer and has been quite problematic. But we were willing to think of it as a poor model year and make an exception. Sales experience put us off the dealership and generally off Hondas for now. Bought a Subaru Forester yesterday and although we expect to be in the market for two new cars Over the next several years, not sure if we will go back to this dealership or Honda will be top of the list. More

Dylan did a great job of coordinating annual inspection of our new car. I accidentally gave them the inspection registration on our old car and noticed it right away and let me know.
