Rick is extremely pushy and not customer oriented When working with Rick, he seemed more interested in hard selling us. He trashed the competition instead of explaining the benefits of a Honda. He was very pushy about the extended warranty explaining all of the problems that Hondas have with computer components. By the time he got done pushing the warranty, we went and looked at other dealerships for a more reliable car than a honda. A person would have to be very naive to accept Rick's comments at face value. More

Had yet another great service experience at Autopark Honda. I had an early appt for rear brakes on my daughters ‘13 Accord. I was expecting 1.5-2.0 hours but was informed by Eldwin she needed rear pads Honda. I had an early appt for rear brakes on my daughters ‘13 Accord. I was expecting 1.5-2.0 hours but was informed by Eldwin she needed rear pads and front rotors. Since it’s an out of town college students car I took care of it and was still out of there in 2 hours. Great job Eldwin. More
