It occurred to me the next day that I should check my bill as I thought I had be I would like to give general feedback. The service itself was fine. It occurred to me the next day that I should check my bill as I thought I had been charged for an oil change which should have been free. In fact, that was true. I called and it was resolved; however, neither the service person who returned my call nor the admin who handled it offered any apology. It made me wonder if Honda was hoping I wouldn’t notice since they didn’t seem to care. More
