Customer service after the sale is TERRIBLE ! The salesman did a good job and I felt good about my purchase. Until I took my car to service today for my add ons. I made clear to the gentleman ! When I checked on my car around 1130 they hadn't even started working on it. Then some lame excuse that the wrong door strips came in and it would take another 2-3 hours. Despite paying 32K on the CR-V touring it does not come with a printed owner's manual, tire warranty or nav. manual. The 2nd page of the short manual states Honda is trying to save on paper (ya that may be true but it's also cheaper). All this is on a disk that can not be used in the car CD player, and is therefore useless if you are on the road. The short manual referred me to owners,honda.com to request the printed copies, and going to that website refers you back to dealer. By phone I spoke to both Glen and Garry who were going to look into it. When I saw Glen today he "forgot" and I don't know where Glen was. While they all seem to sympathize with the lack of printed documents, no one seems to want to do anything about it. More
If you didn't buy it there AVOID!!! First booked an oil change. Arrived only to find they over booked and I would have to wait for a "fit in". Then because I didn't buy the car there they would not honor my service coupons. We did not buy there because of their sales staff and highest prices...no only to be shunned from service. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere! for product and service. This is my first and last Honda..so disappointed. More

Have had two cars there to get service done. Both cars had to bring back for work not done right. One car was suppose to be put in the computer to find out why engine light on. "We reset the computer lig had to bring back for work not done right. One car was suppose to be put in the computer to find out why engine light on. "We reset the computer light didn't come on" car engin light came on and wow take back to dealer, now have a 52.00 computer bill and a quote for 906.45 to have work done. Why was it not done the first time like asked. Plus made one call got the price cut in half and still using all Honda parts. All I can say is wow. So do your research. More
Came in for a regular service on my older Honda, while waiting decided to have a look at the new vehicles, as I had been contemplating on a vehicle with better mileage and one that enabled me to have bett waiting decided to have a look at the new vehicles, as I had been contemplating on a vehicle with better mileage and one that enabled me to have better visibility from the sides and back when changing lanes, etc. So, Customer Service paged a salesman for me, which was Kain Schenk. He was so thorough and patient in all of his explanations, took time to show me everything that he knew was important to me. I never felt rushed. Super guy! Came in for a service, ended up leaving with a brand new car and got a great deal! I highly recommend Kain Schenk and AutoPark Honda. More

I had not intended to purchase a car that day. I was in for service on my Honda Element. David was good and patient and very flexible when I changed my mind on the exact car half way through the paperwork. for service on my Honda Element. David was good and patient and very flexible when I changed my mind on the exact car half way through the paperwork.I wish I had known that there was only a three year warranty BEFORE I signed the papers. Very disappointed in that, as the other cars I had been researching offered a 5 year bumper to bumper, a very important feature when you are financing for 5 or 6 years. But now that the paperwork is signed, nobody is going to care about that...are they? More
