Buying 4 cars was never an issue. The service has become an issue. It seems that their technicians are either not trained or just dont care. After an oil change, the battery cover was left off along with th an issue. It seems that their technicians are either not trained or just dont care. After an oil change, the battery cover was left off along with the hard positive term cover left sitting on top of the battery. The oil dip stick tube was broken but not reported to the service manager. Thanks to Ryan they did replace it for free. These were different visits with my truck. Then with my car, The air cleaner was left off with not 1 screw put in, twice. That leads to the engine light coming on. We requested on multiple occasions for a tire rotation. After some time only 2 tires had worn to the belts. Wouldnt all tires wear if they were rotated? Then when they did rotate them, as per the technician, He said he did "rotate tire service, check air pressure and wear on each tire. As we drove away the car shock violently. we brought the car right back and they put it on the lift and said the tires were worn and needed to be replaced. REALLY. So did anyone ever check them while rotating them? I requested a call from the dealer while doing the email satisfaction survey. NEVER got on. Since June 21, 2021. I also Chrysler and reported these problems, and requested a call. NEVER got one. Seems this dealer does not want our money any more. All i can say is be aware and check your vehicle after they touch it. More
