Renewed our faith in the Jeep brand Remarkable service. We had our 2017 Jeep Cherokee serviced here after an ongoing issue which caused our blower motor to need to be replaced 5 times at Remarkable service. We had been mistreated and given the runaround by other incompetent Raleigh dealerships, but this dealership stepped up, without appointment, and outdid themselves. Jerry H, Ryan M, and George D worked as a team to fix our issue and we are beyond thankful. The atmosphere was quaint, but welcoming and they eased our worries. Thank you to the service department for righting the wrongs that had been put upon us before, we appreciate you. More

Bought out from under me I found a vehicle I was extremely interested in. I had the vehicle for a 24 hour test drive where I could have a personal mechanic look it over. They found a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed. Upon bringing the vehicle back to the lot I sat down with the employee (Daniel Edwards) to go over questions and pricing. When leaving the lot he told me he would look into having problems fixed and reevaluating the price we had discussed. He would contact me over the weekend once it was serviced. I waited for a response from him before finally reaching out to the original lot (Leith Porche in Cary) it had been on to see if it was still available. The person I spoke to then told me the vehicle had been purchased the next day by an EMPLOYEE at the Wendell lot. No one ever called, reached out, or even considered responding to me on the status of the vehicle. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I will never be shopping with the Leith in Wendell ever again. More
