Excellent Experience When I visited the dealership, it started from the outside. The Salesman (Daniel)met me at the door and introduced himself and opened the door for me. He then began to answer my questions with patience and informing me of all the details involved in the questions I asked.. He was very knowledgeable and began to show me vehicles that I was interested in and those that were within my budget.. He offered to let me test drive my choices to help enhance my selection. The finance manager made every effort to make a deal that I was most comfortable with. It was such a non-threatening experience and I felt so good about everything. They were so great with me and shared a wealth of knowledge. I am looking forward to buying a new Lincoln in a couple years, Excellent Experience!! More

I went in to get some information only to learn that it was going to auction before I could act upon it. Chris, my customer service rep, got my information and told me he would be on the lookout for me. Last week he emailed that the car did not sell at the auction. I still was not ready to act upon it. On Monday as my husband and I were eating breakfast, he called and the car is in my driveway. (SMILE) THE END More

Cost of repair seemed high at5 $842.21 - to replace the Pass. side front seat belt pretentioner. I then called LaFayette Lincoln in Fayetteville and received an estimate of almost $250 less. LaFayette repaired the issue today at a grand total of $598.75; a savings of $244. Now, I do understand that everything cost more in the big city of Raleigh over that of Fayetteville, but come on, that's 41% more for the same part and service, just a few miles away. Come on, Leith Lincoln, lower your price to for the customer. Jeff More

I gave my rating because the service Nahru provided was excellent, and he came highly recommended from a co-worker. He sat down with me and we discussed in detail the things I wanted in a vehicle and the p excellent, and he came highly recommended from a co-worker. He sat down with me and we discussed in detail the things I wanted in a vehicle and the price point I was comfortable with. He was able to find me a 2012 Honda with less than 40k miles on it that I love. The price was in my price range, the only thing that put me over the top was the extended warranty and GAP costs. However, overall Nahru was a wonderful sales person, very attentive and honest. I would recommend him to others and visit him in the future when I decide to make other purchases. More
