We had a great experience with our salesmen, Tripp. He was very knowledgeable but even more importantly he was personable and we felt that he genuinely cared. My only criticism was with the Finance Depart was very knowledgeable but even more importantly he was personable and we felt that he genuinely cared. My only criticism was with the Finance Department, once everything was complete on Tripp's end we had to wait two hours to complete the sale. Then the day after I called back about a question for the finance person, he never called me back. Overall very happy and love my new Venza. More
