My friend is shopping for a new car. As I tagged along to give input in her decision, we were greeted by Igor before we entered the Leith Toyota building. He was friendly, approachable, eager to answer her questions and now she has the info needed to make a decision. It turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience for someone who dreads the car shopping experience. For the dealer it may seems like a waste of time when a buyer is not ready to make a decision on the spot, but if the dealer shows professionalism in spite of delay... it will pay off in the long run! He was very patient with our family during the process- we had our four year old and baby in tow and he was very understanding of our need to change diapers and keep the kids happy while we shopped! Ali is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He took the time to do his homework to help us drive home in the right van at the right price! Everyone else we met at the dealership was kind and helpful as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the inventory we were shown had little unexpected things that distracted us- a busted tail light, a crack in the windshield etc. Anyway, we are very happy with our purchase. Ali went the extra mile to keep our family comfortable- even bringing us some food. He put our mind at ease when we were skeptical and patiently answered questions. And very importantly, Ali pushed to get us the price we needed. We would shop here again! More
