Excellent experience! The entire experience was great. I was greeted outside by Don Rigsbee, and was invited to his desk to explain what I was looking for. He searched their inventory for the exact model I wanted and then took me on a drive around the lot to make sure a new arrival had not yet been checked in. I'm glad we did that, because that was the case. Leith Toyota has a huge inventory of vehicles and he found "the one" on the lot. Don was very easy to get along with and made the process seamless. Don was very informative, and savvy, on all the models and features. After the purchase, he went over the specifics of my vehicles features and made sure I was comfortable with my new Rav4, before driving it home. Overall I felt extremely informed, and well taken care of. I absolutely would recommend Don Rigsbee, and Leith Toyota. More

Worse managements Leith Toyota, We purchased two cars from there last a few years. We had a great experience so we went there on Nov. 16th. the salesperson, Danielle Le Leith Toyota, We purchased two cars from there last a few years. We had a great experience so we went there on Nov. 16th. the salesperson, Danielle Lewis,is great and super helpful the entire time. We got the deal and began to sign the documents. Then the troubles came. The price was not the one we agreed with. We began to talk with the manager, first one could not have the answer. they have so many reasons not to change back to the beginning deal. We asked for the general sales manager to talk, they sent two the same level persons to fool us. Especially the third one, Jay Tejani,who is the used car manager but he said he is the manager we asked for. He was yelling and threatened to us. also he didn’t want to give us the documents we signed. His language was tough and his attitude was so rude. He is the worst person I ever met in my life. I can't find his name on the list of Leith Toyota. I don't know why. Did he give me a wrong business card? Also the general sales manager,Alan Broughton, is not good manager either. Even though we asked several times to speak with him, he didn't come out. More
