This includes all oil changes, batteries, tires, filters, inspections, even wiper blades. My car has literally not been serviced by anyone other than Leith, ever. So naturally, when I had a tire blowout recently, I went straight to Leith. Even though I had no appointment, my service adviser, Mark DiLorenzo, saw to it that my tire was replaced immediately with a new tire. Mark also took care of all the tire warrantee paperwork. My unscheduled service visit was reasonably quick and easy and I left feeling secure that everything was done right. I felt safe in my car again! More

He does not treat me like a customer, he is very personable. If I call or email him with a question, he always reply in a timely manner.
