Easiest Auto Transaction Ever! I was at the end of my lease and received an outreach from Sara at Leith. When I reached back to her, she referred me to the Sales Manager, Manny. I spoke with Manny late on a Friday afternoon and within several minutes we had agreed on the lease terms for a new Avalon. I arrived at the dealership on a rainy Saturday morning and Manny greeted me and turned me over to Brandon. Nothing changed in the deal terms and we had all paperwork completed in 30 minutes. When Brandon introduced me to Lewis (Finance), he (Brandon) gassed and completed the detailing on the new car while Lewis completed all paperwork without a hitch and without attempting a series of never-ending upsells, which I have become accustomed to experiencing. Instead, Lewis acknowledged that, based on my previous auto experiences, it was clear that I knew what he wanted and his objective was to make the transaction as seamless and painless as possible. After informing Brandon of a hip problem, he was very intuitive and led us to the RAV4, which makes getting in and out so much easier. Problem solved!
