I have purchased 10 new vehicles and I can count on one hand “having a good experience”. I will say that your dealership is one of those five based entirely on your salesperson, Joe Procaccini. I explained that I had been through the “process” many times before and wanted to skip the “back and forth” and get down to brass tacks. He took my suggestion and accomplished my request. I appreciated that he “listened” and made it happen. It wasn’t the “best price” I found, however Joe was the key to purchasing at Leith Toyota. I look forward to dealing with your service department and hope that experience will be similar. More

Best/Quickest Car Buying Experience ever We are a Toyota Family, and I've been looking at RAV4s for awhile. I had a particular style picked out. We contacted the dealer beforehand and they ha We are a Toyota Family, and I've been looking at RAV4s for awhile. I had a particular style picked out. We contacted the dealer beforehand and they had it waiting for me already. They also worked with me on getting a better price than other Toyota dealerships in the area. Allen made the process super easy! He also took the time to sit in the car with me and connect my phone. He also showed me how each of the functions work, and this car has a ton of functions. I am very particular about the way I handle stuff like buying a car, and Allen was extremely patient with me and my many questions. The business manager, Reggie Henriquez, was also very thorough and quick when going through the paperwork. He did not try to push me into buying extra, but his enthusiasm and easy explanations hooked me on several extra benefits (extended warranty, tire/rim replacement package, lost or damaged key replacement, and gap insurance). Lastly, Leith Toyota Scion has many benefits to purchasing a car from them, including free lifetime oil changes, which in itself could cost thousands of dollars depending on length of car ownership. This is my second car purchase, and my first new car purchase. I doubt I ever buy a car anywhere else, and I've already got my brother thinking about going to Leith for his next Tacoma! More

I talked to James Spallino several days before arriving at the dealership, and he asked me all about my price range and type of car I was considering. When I arrived, he had thoroughly researched the entire Leith inventory and hand-selected several options that exactly fit our needs. There was extensive paperwork on each vehicle, and James had expert technical knowledge of each model. I would highly recommend working with James Spallino. He is courteous, funny, and is a car guy through and through. He really knows his stuff. That kind of customer service and research made the process very smooth. I didn't have to do weeks of research and haggling. The price was competitive (it's so easy to check on your phone if the price is fair - it was), and the trade in process exceeded my expectations. I thought the in-house financing was going to be shady, but the rate I was offered was lower than what I had found shopping around at credit unions beforehand. All financial discussions were pleasant, and all forms were explained in detail. With traffic, I couldn't arrive until a little after 6 PM. The entire staff stayed late in order to ensure that we could complete the purchase that night, and everyone was polite and helpful every step of the way. I have always bought privately prior to this, but this experience has really sold me on going to a dealership. There's no going to the DMV, no dealing with xxxx on Craigslist, and no spending hours at banks to shop loan rates. More
