I purchased a truck on Friday, but noticed Saturday morning looking out my 2nd floor window that it’s a noticeable dint at the top of the truck! So I contacted the sells rep informed her and I couldnt morning looking out my 2nd floor window that it’s a noticeable dint at the top of the truck! So I contacted the sells rep informed her and I couldnt bring the truck in due to going out of town but told her I could come on Monday upon returning. I contacted her on Monday with pictures of the dint and all was told to me was it’s nothing they could do since it’s at the top!! The paper work stated that truck was free of dints. I asked Could I get the managers contact information she said she would give them my info and nobody called. I found The GM Allen Broughton name and I called And left a voicemail and haven’t received a call back. I also Emailed the financial manager who sold the car. No response. It’s was poor customer service from the start in which should’ve been a red flag. Also after purchasing the truck I was only given a half tank of gas. I’ve never been to a dealership and received a half tank. Even if the truck was as is and didn’t have a warranty at least return my call to give me options on getting the truck fix. I didnt Receive neither. The Toyota Tacoma is a great pickup truck but I suggest going to another dealership. More

Overall the dealership was very big, clean, and felt like a great atmosphere. My only issue was I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me for over 15 minutes. This is probably the only reasonable dealership for new cars due to their strict Msrp in this economy when people are marking up past Msrp and not only that but this dealership gives great incentives. The move impressive thing about the dealership is how friendly the sales and leasing consultant Mike Pereyra was. Although Mike’s job is to sale cars he was was very empathetic and looking out for me the entire time as a first time car buyer and explaining to me how I can save the most money and trying to get me the lowest interest rate possible with multiple banks. If there’s anyone you should go to for a car at Leith Toyota it’s undoubtedly Mike Pereyra. More
