My decision to purchase from Leith on my first visit is due to Yurri Polishchuk. His professionalism and customer service is outstanding. I was not planning to purchase that particular day, but Yurri rea due to Yurri Polishchuk. His professionalism and customer service is outstanding. I was not planning to purchase that particular day, but Yurri really listened to my questions and did not try sale just to sale. He also got my running boards installed timely and that is superb customer service. Then I met Josh Flook and he listened to my concerns and I do believe guided me in a good purchase decision also. Another shout out to Anna from maintenance and Alan extended a congratulations to me also. I highly recommend Leith Toyota because of their “people” and customer service. As I was sitting in the waiting area today for my car maintenance, I took note of all the employees and how professional and considerate they were to not only customers but each other. Yuri was great! Solomon was great! Both explained things so well. Now the guy behind the windows making bargains I do y know his name but what he wrote was rude af Solomon was great! Now the guy behind the windows making bargains I do y know his name but what he wrote was rude after I sent a lower price to bargain - he wrote “ $36,500 final and let’s wrap this up” May not be rude to you but was to me. It wasn’t like Yuri had gone to him several times with offers. He just didn’t want to haggle anymore & what was written was rude in my book. He could have written just the amt. with final offer. Maybe he needs to go back to cust serv 101 class. Not positive but think his name was Alan Broughton More
