He is personable and professional; I did not doubt for a minute that I was getting the best deal and service possible. He even reached out to a sister dealership to get me the exact color I wanted from their lot, and he called me to let me know when the best time would be to pick it up if I wanted the shortest wait. He will not try to sell you extra add ons that do not serve your needs so your experience is comfortable rather than full of unwarranted sales pitches. If you are headed to Leith VW, ask for Abdul!! Jim Cochran, the sales manager, made me a deal I couldn't walk away from an insured I would be a return customer in the future. There was no smoking mirrors when entering the finance department, Anthony Veneziano took his time and showed me some options to protect my Alltrack for a long time to come.
