As always a great car buying experience I purchased my first Passat a year and a half ago and absolutely loved it. However when I heard about the new Tiguan I had to take a look. To my luck I purchased my first Passat a year and a half ago and absolutely loved it. However when I heard about the new Tiguan I had to take a look. To my luck one was on the lot one day I was doing some window shopping and Mike Hall came out to tell me more about the vehicle. I loved the vehicle but couldn't imagine taking it home due to tons of negative equity in my Passat. To my luck Mike was very helpful in presenting me with some lease options to rid me of my negative equity. Mike in combination with my excellent history with VW Credit made my dream of taking the Tiguan home! I must say that I am very impressed with VW yet again and have truly become a loyal customer to the brand. Customer service is everything and they have made me feel like a priority each time. More

Professional, surprisingly quick, and thorough I went into the dealership on Saturday afternoon looking to trade my truck in for a more fuel economy-minded vehicle. Our salesman Chris Cappella was I went into the dealership on Saturday afternoon looking to trade my truck in for a more fuel economy-minded vehicle. Our salesman Chris Cappella was incredibly knowledgeable about their stock, walking me through several options until we found a model that we liked. He ensured I received a good deal, going through several iterations of financial options before landing on the right one, and throughout the entire process, really made me feel like he and I were working together to achieve the goals I had set out, rather than simply selling a new car. The finance manager Anthony was exceptional as well, ensuring we had all of the proper documentation and information, and while performing his job well as a finance manager, was never pushy or overbearing. I would not hesitate to send anyone, friends or family alike, to this dealership, and I hope to do business with them again in the future. More
