He was the lucky person who greeted me when I first pulled into the Cary Autopark location. Little did he know, he was about to deal with a very particular, specific, non-flexible person who was looking for her dream car! My very first car was a beetle back in the 70’s, and I wanted to end my driving career with a beetle, but this time upgrade to a convertible! Troy was always honest and helpful in his opinions and advice as I was thinking about options. He kept me informed on the progress of the order through email and even gave me his cell number! He was so patient with me and my husband the financier . No pressure, just wonderful service. I would recommend anyone who is buying a VW to travel to Cary, NC and work with Troy - great personality and sense of humor! More

We were greeted immediately, professionally and warmly by Jim Cochran (wearing a dashing tie-dye shirt, might I add), and that set the tone for what honestly could not have been a better car purchasing experience. My husband and I were pretty sure going in that we wanted a Subaru Forester, but had heard good things about Jetta SW, so decided to check it out. We did not at the time expect to be making a car purchase -- we honestly didn't expect to spend more than 30 minutes at Leith. However, after being escorted on very thorough and informative test drives of both the VW JSW and VW JSW TDI we were pretty in love with the car, and we knew we were in reliable, honest and attentive hands with Jim Cochran. The approach with Jim (and Eric in finance), and possibly across the dealership although we can only speak to our experiences with these two guys, is very customer-focused and is based around "finding the right car and the right deal" for the customer's life and circumstances. We never felt pressured, we never felt "tricked", we honestly felt we could be pretty transparent and not be taken advantage of in any way. We highly recommend Leith VW of Cary, Jim in sales and Eric in finance, and from what we've experienced (in one evening of driving) the Jetta SW TDI -- great car, great experience. Thank you! More
