Ken is the kind of dreamy car salesman everyone wishes to encounter while experiencing car shopping and buying. He was not aggressive, but assertive. He was helpful but not pushy. He was kind and attentive. He was funny. He cared more about our experience and getting us the car we really wanted than "making the sale". He worked pleasantly and professionally with us during the entire negotiations process. He was forthright and honest in his dealings with us. We did not play the normal "car buying game". It was great! We came away feeling like valued, supported customers. We know that if we ever have a concern or question, Ken will be there.We have had our VW Passat TDI Premium Select a week now and every time we have contacted Ken with a question on his cell phone, he has responded right back ...even on his day off. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and feel sure that when we need another car, it all be a VW from this dealership and this salesman! The sale was soft not hard and not aggressive. Traveled from Georgia for a FABULOUS experience!!! Wow! Has the car-buying experience changed....!!! I was in the market for a low-mileage 2013 VW Eos, and could not find one in my area, but did locate Wow! Has the car-buying experience changed....!!! I was in the market for a low-mileage 2013 VW Eos, and could not find one in my area, but did locate the perfect car on Cars.com. I put in an online inquiry and was called back almost immediately by a knowledgeable and pleasant Internet sales person. She connected me with Ken Hall who was so thorough in answering all my questions promptly. He inspected the car himself and called back to give a first hand account of the car - inside and out - in addition to the pictures that were featured on the cars.com website and the Leith VW website. The Eos was offered at a terrific price, so we put a small down-payment on it, and traveled from Augusta, GA to Cary, NC this past weekend to purchase it. The experience at the dealership was great, as well. The car was beautiful and was even more striking than the pictures! This car was a Certified-Pre-Owned, so comes with an additional warranty. That warranty, combined with the remainder of the original warranty, is now more than if we had bought the car new! The entire staff was so friendly and professional. Ken was ready for us, and we left the lot with the absolute-perfect-car-for-me...at a better-than-new price! Thank-you Ken and thank-you Leith VW for making this car-buying experience an A+ one! Jason was extremely patient. I told him that this was a huge purchase for my family and I would need some time to make any decision. He respected that by not trying to push me to buy their car that day. I was so impressed with willingness to work with me. I was working on a tight budget and Jason worked with his sales manager to find me the perfect Passat for our budget. There were other dealerships I was planning on visiting but after leaving Leith Volkswagen I knew I wanted to do business with Jason and his team. I came back a week later a bought the car after we agreed on a price. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and quality of car for my budget! I traded in a 16 year old Jetta with 200,000 miles, so I know personally Volkswagen makes great cars! I highly recommend Jason Walker and his team! More

From the moment we arrived at the dealership he displayed a confident warmth that made us feel at ease. Never did we feel the high pressured sales pitch we encountered at other dealerships. He was knowledgeable of the product being sold - in this case a Diesel Jetta TDI. He carefully explained all of the features and was never in a hurry. He knew we were only looking but because of his presentation we purchased the car. Originally we were leaning toward purchasing a Honda Civic, a car that we have been extremely satisfied with through the years, but Jim's presentation of the Jetta and its features convinced me that this car was in my future. As a United Methodist Minister I do a lot of driving, and comfort, as well as cost, is important to me, and Jim demonstrated how the Jetta would meet both of these criteria. I a m happy to say that out the door my average mileage is 41 mpg, and what a comfortable ride. All of the staff we encountered at Leith Volkswagen were very helpful, but we purchased the car because of Jim's special attention to detail. Thank you Jim, we will recommend you to our friends. Rev.
