The sunroof was dirty there was gas spill marks, and a few other spots on the car. Later I found plastic bags with foam block in the engine bay. What is the white waxy stuff on the inner fenders? Just a lack of detail in the car prep. More

He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. Within minutes we were out test driving the 2019 Tiguan SE. We knew right away this was the car for us, but we wanted to take some time to think about it. Chris was not pushy and told us to reach out when we were ready. The next day was his day off and he changed his schedule to accommodate ours, so we could come back and get the paperwork going, talk about service!
