Really enjoying the car, but wished the dealer had performed a little better on their maintenance of what appears to be a lease trade in. Just noticed that the tires do not appear to have been rotated at all by previous owner,as the front tires worn way more than the rear, down to the wear indicators. Will have to replace two of them soon. My fault for not looking harder at the car while I was there. There was a service sticker on the windshield stating next oil change mileage, which the car had passed when purchase. As this s the only history, I decided to go ahead and change it. I assumed all of these things were done during the Certified pre owned checkup, but apparently not. Again, should have done more due diligence on my part, but the car was exactly what I was looking for, and I love driving it. More

Quick and Easy I had a great time at Leith Volkswagen. I was quickly approved for a new 2019 Jetta and processed along quickly as well. I could not have asked for a quicker and more efficient sales process. The sales manager was kind as was my salesman, and even gave me a pair of concert tickets to one of my favorite bands after completing my purchase. The finance manager sat down with me as well to go over what I needed and didn't need in additional warranties, and got me everything I wanted and more (doubled my bumper to bumper warranty) for only a little bit more each month. In all when it comes time to purchase a car again I will be looking at Leith VW cary again, or if not I will be holding the new dealership to the sales service met by the team here. More
