The sales manager was kind as was my salesman, and even gave me a pair of concert tickets to one of my favorite bands after completing my purchase. The finance manager sat down with me as well to go over what I needed and didn't need in additional warranties, and got me everything I wanted and more (doubled my bumper to bumper warranty) for only a little bit more each month. In all when it comes time to purchase a car again I will be looking at Leith VW cary again, or if not I will be holding the new dealership to the sales service met by the team here. More

I worked with Chris and he was very professional and helpful - not pushy at all. Compared to all other car buying experiences that I’ve had, things seemed to move much more quickly. I actually bought the vehicle after work, one evening, and drove the VW home that night - very different from the all-day experiences that I’ve encountered in the past, at other dealerships. I think they missed cleaning the car, the day I took it home. However, Chris helped set me up with a cleaning 2 days later and they filled up the tank as well. All in all, I’d rate the experience as being very positive. This dealership is laid-back and cool but still efficient and good to deal with. More

Awesome and Blessed! We rode around looking for a car in the 15,000 range. Went to VW, and Utsav seen us and came and began the process of selling us a car. To make a long story short, the payments were right where we needed to be, but with everything that Je been through, our Faith never gave up. We left praying that it will work itself out in his favor, so we needed more paperwork and didn’t have it for 24 -48 hours, so we left and headed home. On the way we received a call to come back and finish the paperwork and drive home in the car. The team were awesome and worked their magic to the max. We walked out with a 2014 TDI Passat with a awesome care package for the monthly price range. We have a God and I say this by the works of his Faith that he touched our seller Utsav and the managers. Excellent dealership, could not recommend higher. My wife and I have bought three cars from here, one used and two new. The sales people are in VW tie dye shirts, etc. The finance desk is the same as other dealers, no difference there. Hard sales for warranties, paint protection, etc. I don't think they are any more or less pushy than other dealers, just the same. Where the dealership shines is in service after the sale in my mind. My wife recently had an issue with her Tiguan. We called her sales person and he arranged for us to drop off her car before they opened, and they had their loaner gassed up and ready to go waiting for us. We were going through a family crisis (car trouble always comes up when you need the car the most after all). They truly cared, you could tell it was genuine. VW cars are a lifestyle brand, and Leith VW Cary takes care of you as one of their own. I firmly believe we would have received the same level of care had we only bought one used car from them in our history. Service (specifically regular maintenance, we have not had to pay for out of warranty repairs with our VW's yet) is expensive so I do it myself. Other than price (which it's expensive wherever you go, dealership service folks don't work for free) the service department is great. More

He was extremely knowledgeable/friendly/patient and never hesitated to assist with any questions/concerns my wife and I threw his way.
