Knowledgeable in sales and service I'm going to start with his dedication. I called VW at around 2:30 and let Freddie know I wanted to come in with my wife either that night between 4 a I'm going to start with his dedication. I called VW at around 2:30 and let Freddie know I wanted to come in with my wife either that night between 4 and 6 or else the next afternoon. Freddie put me down for 5:00 just to give me a placeholder and gave me his number so I could text him if/when we were coming. I texted Freddie at around 3:45 that we would be there around 4:15, and he said he would try to be ready. We got there and Freddie hugs a couple goodbye and sees us promptly. Little did we know that he was also helping his family car shop and put us before them! While completely unnecessary as he had every right to serve them first, it truly does show his dedication to his craft. On top of that, Freddie has worked as a mechanic in service as well as in sales for multiple years, and he gives a more thorough perspective to the car buying experience. Lastly, Freddie did nothing at all that wasn't in plain view of us. His computer screen was constantly facing everyone so we could understand everything he was going through. I would highly recommend seeing Freddie. After Freddie sold us the car, Anthony helped us finance it. This is going to sound strange, but it was honestly like sitting in a room with someone I had been friends with for years. We chatted about cars, stocks, travel, health, and of course all of the financing options. He was very thorough, friendly, and honestly a pleasure to work with. The team they've put together makes car buying a pleasant experience, and that should say a lot! More

I left, but I told him my budget, what I was looking for, and he kept in contact with me/kept me updated on inventory until I came back to the dealership to look at the lot again. The second time I looked he worked out a pretty good deal with me on the 2018 GTI. I got a good deal for my trade in (didn’t go under) and got a new car out of it. Hit up Brandon.
