(sales) a description of what I wanted and in less than 20 minutes he went and found my dream car. Working with him was a pleasure and made me become a returning customer. I also had the pleasure of working with Brandon E. (finance manager) who fought hard to get me a great interest rate and monthly payment. We didn’t end up purchasing or upgrading that day but about 7 months later went back to the dealership. It coincidentally was our wedding anniversary and were fortunate to see Michael was there to show us around. He helped us find exactly what we wanted within the price we were comfortable with. The service he provided to us was far above any associate we have ever worked with. When we are in the area we might bring the kids by just to visit and say hi.
