I already had a specific model (a 2018 Passat GT in black) in mind when I made an appointment for a trade-in appraisal. Dash, the sales person assigned to my appointment, made the experience pleasant and relaxed. Dash was diligent and, without my asking, had me test drive a 2018 Passat GT to ensure I would be happy with my choice. Dash was very knowledgeable about its features and helpful with getting all the details sorted out. Dash, his manager, and the financial person were able to meet all the financial targets for the sales price and other details. A low stress and excellent experience. Why did I choose Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh when I was ready for a new car? For years, I have brought my used VWs, a 2012 Jetta and a 2010 Passat, to the Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh service department. Service has always been outstanding work and a good experience.
