I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation on-line with a special price. When I arrived the special price was not offered and I had to ask for it. I even had to show the service manager the price through a special price. When I arrived the special price was not offered and I had to ask for it. I even had to show the service manager the price through my app. He gave me the price but seemed unwilling. The service was quoted for an hour. The actual oil change and tire rotation took about 90 minutes. I also asked for some help with My Chevrolet app. The service manager said he could, but must have forgot as soon as I walked away. I was discouraged and out of time so I dropped this request. Lukas was my service rep. More

I used Len Lyall's body shop to repair my Chevy Colorado pickup. Bruce and his team were great to work with. Not only did they accommodate my difficult schedule, but they finished the work much earlier th pickup. Bruce and his team were great to work with. Not only did they accommodate my difficult schedule, but they finished the work much earlier than expected. The work was done perfectly. And, when I picked it up, the truck was cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend Len Lyall's body shop. More

Jorge was very easy to work with and did a great job communicating promptly during the whole process.
