2020 vehicle 4 years of electrical problems, 2020-2024. It's always a "loose wire" or "bad battery". They claim to fix it and the issue keeps coming back. They told me the last time it just needed a new battery so they gave me the model number and I went to advanced autoparts and got one with the same model number. 5 months later the battery is dead and it's because if another "loose wire". So dif they fix it knowing they told me I could just get a new battery last time? Nope, their inability to trouble shoot problems, especially ROB the manager is non-existent. He basically just tightens wires and then says all good now. Doesn't deep dive into 4 years of problems, nope, just tighten some wires, charge us, and move on. It's a scam. He is a terrible mechanic and we will be selling this chevy and moving on from the company. I was about to trade my jeep in for the colorado zr2 on the lot also, but that isn't going to happen now. The dude is a worthless jerk who is rude and xx'd his way into his role because he knows absolutely nothing about cars, or your company purposely leaves cares rigged and ready to break so we have to keep coming back. That second seems plausible. I've been a chevy guy my whole life, owned Camaros, blazers, I even got my son his first car it was a chevy cavalier. My second car was a camaro. But after this experience I am done with the company. Just done. I hope you go bankrupt with how much shade and corruption is there. More

2020, RS Blazer. Went in for an oil change and alignment. Ended up needing/buying new tires. Went to go pick up my car. I was informed they broke a tire pressure sens Went in for an oil change and alignment. Ended up needing/buying new tires. Went to go pick up my car. I was informed they broke a tire pressure sensor. They didn't have one in stock, so I would need to bring it back. Grrrrrrrr.....It was closing, so I left. Got on the road, let go of the wheel, car instantly goes right. Grrrr! Got home. All the tires had wax all over them. They only put 3 out of 4 generic, valve stem caps on. It came in with American flag, aluminum valve stem caps. I do have to say that upon my 2nd trip, they were very apologetic and did make it right. They even found my valve stem caps. Things happen. I am sure, like all trades, getting good help is hard to find. It was just kind of a pain, and probably took about 6 hours out of my work/life. I would probably bring it back for service again. Oh, as far as the alignment, they forgot to reset my adaptive steering, which is why the alignment was still messed up. They didn't know my car had that. More
