To the Finance Department who were honest and straight up and did not belittle us for being upside down in a truck that was less than two years old with three warranty issues...to the sales guy who not only got us into a new truck and back on the road..but went above and beyond to help us get everything moved from the work truck to the new truck on a Saturday morning. Once i had my Spark serviced and the parking brake was extended and i couldn't get it off. I went in told Lucas and he came out and fixed my problem. The next time it was serviced he made sure i could get the parking brake off. It was on halfway and he told me that before i went to my car. I have a medical condition that limits my right arm. He really helps his customers and i appreciate his work and advice That's why i request him every time i come in.. More
