Their mechanic works scams The shift cable bushing dissolved. Stoler replaced the entire shift cable when ONLY a bushing was needed. No more Fords for us and never will step foo The shift cable bushing dissolved. Stoler replaced the entire shift cable when ONLY a bushing was needed. No more Fords for us and never will step foot in another Stoler location. The bushing broke and we came from inches of hitting a parked car, The certified warranty would not cover the cable but the dealer service director stated, to me, they could not locate the bushing. I checked on-line, for the bushing and found it at many locations. I called Ford and they were about as helpful as a 2 year old. The kept referring me back to Stoler and told me they have the tool to press the bushing in place. The director told me they didn't have the tool. Guess that is an out and out lie, Never a Ford again and never Stoler! More
