Purchased a used 2017 Acura RDX from Lexus of Towson. When we brought the issue to Lexus of Towson, we were initially told they “don’t service Acuras,” but once they physically looked at the problem, they agreed it was unsafe and fixed it. We later learned the Maryland State Safety Inspection was performed on 10/7/25 at Len Stoler in Owings Mills (11275 Reisterstown Rd) by service advisor Jonathan Saunders, even though this was a used car sale through another dealership. This is a basic issue that should have been caught during a state inspection. No follow-up was offered, and it raised concerns about what else may have been missed. THIS LOCATION'S STATE INSPECTION LICENSE NEEDS TO BE REVOKED ASAP. THEY ARE SENDING CARS OUT ON THE ROAD THAT ARE UNSAFE. NOCE JOB TRYING TO UPDATE THE DEALERSHIP NAME. IT DIDN'T WORK. More
