This was the best sales experience i have had in many years. I initially went in to compare models of trucks. The Salesman and his trainee were great. If I could leave zero stars I would. The service department had my car for 6 weeks and gave it back to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I took it to them because the che The service department had my car for 6 weeks and gave it back to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I took it to them because the check engine light was on and need it to pass inspection. 6 whole weeks later they tell me it’s ready, I pick it up, the check engine light is still on, it still runs just as bad as when it was dropped off, didn’t pass inspection and now the two from windows miraculously have broken regulators. They were not like that when I dropped it off. They seriously gave me my car back with my windows taped up. What did I pay $1794 for?? Nothing was fixed. It is in worse condition now. When I questioned her about my windows, the service manager Victoria told me that they dont work on vehicles that are 10 years old or have over 100,000 miles on them because additional problems can arise while being repaired. (My car is not 10 years old nor does it have that many miles). So be aware when considering purchasing a vehicle from them, they may not want to do future repairs. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received with Leo Martin. More

I went it for new tires,, check brakes and buff out a few dings. Brian helped me schedule the service and kept the truck over night. The truck was ready as of about 9am the next morning. While I can see the dings still in bright sunlight, they really aren't noticeable any more. It handles really well now. Also had about half the brake life left which is also good. All in all I got a good price and the truck is like brand new. Brian even had it washed. More
