This is my first Ford purchase and I was pleased with the friendly/helpful people who greeted me each time I visited Les Stumpf Ford. All of the people I have dealt with have gone out of their way to assist me. I owned a Toyota previously and had been very happy with the efficient way they handled all of my scheduled maintenance. I fully intended to purchase another Toyota but a friend (Kathy Helf) recommended that I visit Les Stumpf Ford and talk to Gary Cyr. Long story short, he was very helpful to me in choosing the right Ford for my purposes. He was also good about going over details and providing easy to understand figures. I am looking forward to a good experience at Ford when I visit their shop for the scheduled maintenance of my 2013 Ford Escape. More
