I arrived to the used car dealership completely locked; every entrance door clearly has the business hours posted and open at 8:30 a.m. Waited til 8:50 a.m. and called the number on salesman Daryl's business card. Female, I believe she said her name was Nicole tells me everyone is in a meeting at the new car dealership. I stated I had an appointment and it is now 15 minutes past my scheduled time; she says "Oh I will get Paul right over there" I said I am not sure who Paul is I am dealing with Daryl! Waited ten more minutes and left. It is now 5:40 in the evening and still have not heard from anyone!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across!!! More
Worst service ever for a customer that just spent $80K Took my brand new Ford F350 Platinum in as the trailer hitch had surface rust with only 200 miles on the odometer due to what looked like poor powder Took my brand new Ford F350 Platinum in as the trailer hitch had surface rust with only 200 miles on the odometer due to what looked like poor powder coating at the factory. The Service advisor was completely lost and asked the Service Manager for directions on what to do to resolve. Pictures were taken of my vehicle and I was told they needed to be sent to Ford for approval to replace the rusted hitch. One month goes by and no call from them. I call in and get told by another advisor that I have to speak to the service advisor that wrote up the repair order. I leave a message for her to call me back. Another month goes by and no call back again. This time I call in and they are totally lost. They have no record of my repair or that they even saw the truck or took pictures of it. They claim their computer system had gone down and wanted me to come back so they could repeat the process. NO THANK YOU! Worst service I have ever experienced at any dealership period. This is completely unacceptable and intolerable. I will be finding another dealership thank you. I will never spend a $1 at this dealership, not for an oil change, not for anything. Ford should shut them down for treating their customer's this poorly. More
Worst customer service from collusion center I have ever see We purchased our Ford escape from LesStumpf and have been very pleased with the car the sales experience was good. Last January my wife was hit in the driver's side of the car. We told our insurance provider we wanted the dealership to fix it . We had LesStumpf give a an estimate and made the repair appointment for Jan 24th. We rented a car since my wife and I both work during the repair period. After two weeks LesStumpf called my wife and told her to come get her car. When she arrived her car had not been repaired and she was told the parts were on back order. When asked why it took two weeks to notify us we got no reply from the collision manager Jim other than parts for an escape are hard to get. He rescheduled the appointment for April 2nd but my wife decided to call first. We were told parts were not there yet but the manager Jim when originally asked acted like he didn't know what parts needed to be ordered and told my with he would have to push her appointment off till the 16th of April. He said to call first though. My wife has been trying to get a hold of the collision manager Jim since the 16th leaving message after message and he will not return her calls. I have never been so disgusted with a manager's customer service like this before. If I owned this business I would fire his xxx. Hard to believe it takes 5 months to get a car repaired. How many more people have issues like this and never take the time to report it. I stopped by the body shop to pick up my with the first time the body shop was a total disaster from what I could see. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership to get fixed and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't waste you're time with this dealership they only care about the sale. More

Got the call that it was going to cost 811 dollars less than 24 hrs later. I asked how is that. Kim told me the guy quoted from an old system in the computer. I don't know how one person quotes 468 then when service is being done price is 350 dollars higher. Take your car/Truck somewhere else. This place is a joke. Oh, plus their was power steering fluid left all over under my truck, never cleaned it. More
Rude, customer service at the quick lube. 12/19/2017 I asked the sales clerk, to top off my fluids and check my tire pressure. I asked again he finally took my key and he pushed it to the side and told me I will be waiting an hour for service, I told him ok. He took my key and pushed it to I asked him to label the key with my name, he put a white tag on it and pushed it to the side, I reached over and put my info on the key. He was just grouchy. He finally got my car in for service and gave me a code for a free car wash. More
2 weeks and waiting I have had my work truck in for 2 weeks now and it has been nothing but trouble. This will be the 3rd time I bring it back to get it corrected. Repeated delays and continued issues following repairs. I was asked if I needed a ride home, I asked how long we were talking about and was told a couple of hours so I took the ride. At noon I called and was told my service advisor was at lunch and she would call me when she was back. At 1:30 I called and was told they hadn't got to it yet that they would call in the next hour or two. At 3:30 I called back again and was told my service adviser wasn't at her desk she'd have to call me back. She calls and says her technician thinks it might be front strut. The sound comes from the rear. I told her not to go any farther I was done. More

My experience with KIM in Service at Les Stump was extremely unpleasant. Initially she promised a rental car during Recall work on a Ford Edge for the brakes. We arrived for the appointment and there was no rental car available due to the EAA. When I schedule the appointment with KIM nothing was mentioned (1st error) When I rescheduled with KIM I called to confirm 1 day in advance with KIM at which point she personally confirmed the appointment. When we arrived it was scheduled for the day I arrived so I had missed the appointment at which point KIM's customer service was non existent. She never once apologize and was rude and unaccommodating. She said "nope" we cant get you in for tomorrow. I am a 23 year customer service representative for a fortune 500 company and this was very poor More

Daryl was my salesman, start forward, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Brent was the finance manager who was able to get me a much better rate than I expected considering my credit score. I have purchased about a dozen cars and dealt with dozens of dealerships, Stumpf Ford is absolutely the best!!! I bought a truck that was used, but was in like new condition. Could not be happier with my purchase. More
