Doyle and i had several back and forth emails over Friday and Saturday afternoon. Showed up to the lot Sat (4th) at 4:00. Doyle was able to assist - test drive and answer questions. Took us through the process. there really was no negotiatuon. The car was marked at a great price. The most surprising thing was we got a very decent trade-in value for our old car. The only negative was signing the papers took a long time. We left close to 700. However, this was due to the fact that they only had one finance guy (believe stephen l.; poor guy was working the whole day by himself; other finance guy was out sick). Overall, everyone we met was very helpful and pleasant. More

After a short test drive I decided I wanted to check out one more car just to make sure which one I wanted. When they brought around the other car we fell in love and went for it!
