I had an appointment to get my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport serviced and a chrome trim piece above bumper passenger side replaced, estimate was just under $200 for parts and labor for the chrome trim piece. The estimate didn't change. The car would be ready in two hours. Service called four hours later and stated that they thought they had the wrong part, but found out it was the right part, but it would cost a lot more and would take the rest of the day. At no point did he say how much more it would cost. Told service to put my car back together and I will pick it up. When car was picked up, service proceeded to say the wrong part was ordered and insinuated customer had ordered wrong part and the labor would be a lot more. Second time they failed to say how much the labor would be, just that it would be a lot more. It was a pleasant experience buying the car from Leskovar Mitsubishi, but after this experience in service, I prefer to get my work done elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. Jean E.
