Oil gauge was not reset after oil change so I had to make a trip back there which was inconvenient. They said my brakes needed to be done and sent me an estimate which turned out to be extremely low compared a trip back there which was inconvenient. If I had approved the work I would’ve expected to have paid about $1700 and she told me that I would’ve actually been charged about $2600. More

3 hr wait for a scheduled oil change. I had asked for my tires to be rotated, to which they failed to do so. My driver door came back dinged up and two scratches. Keith took photos and said I would be contacted by the next day. Days went by and no call. I reached out and left a voicemail. The next day I received a text apologizing and said they were waiting for a lender vehicle to be available. Another week went by with no new info. I reached out again and have got zero response. Absolutely ridiculous. More
