The only problem I have, is missed quoting. I got quoted for Goodyear tires, but I got five stones. I had several things done to my vehicle where I was told the price, but labor was never figur I got quoted for Goodyear tires, but I got five stones. I had several things done to my vehicle where I was told the price, but labor was never figured out only the parts. So when I came to pick my truck up and pay my bill it was $800 more than what it should’ve been. Actually it was right it was just missed quoted. I felt that they weren’t as customer friendly as they could have been. I had an appointment for specific time and it was not until I had dropped off my vehicle and left was I informed that they were not could have been. The people were friendly and professional, but I had 2 issues. When I checked in, I told the guy that I wanted to get my windshield wipers replaced. He said ok, but I still had the same wipers when I got issues. When I checked in, I told the guy that I wanted to get my windshield wipers replaced. He said ok, but I still had the same wipers when I got my vehicle back. Also, my battery was running low on my remote for my car and he asked if I had been getting a message stating my battery was low. I told him yes so he asked if I wanted it replaced and I told him that I had batteries. Well lo and behold when I got the bill, I saw the charge on it. Who does that? More
