Hi! My overall experience was a lot less than excellent. The communication and ease of contacting and speaking with someone and getting information on my car was horrible. I came for a diagnostic and my axles weren't even checked. The tire monitor was definitely not checked. These were things I expressed concern with when I handed over my keys to Keith. So, I had to pay full price for a service that was half done. This was my first time coming to you all and I feel gypped off a little bit. I wish I could say this was a positive experience but it wasn't. The guy who brought me my car was nice and respectful.
