I normally give Leson Service Dept five stars. However, this time I am giving them one star because they did not change the cabin air filter correctly. They removed the cabin air filter allowing t However, this time I am giving them one star because they did not change the cabin air filter correctly. They removed the cabin air filter allowing the debris on top of the filter to fall into the blower. When I put the blower on high, it sounded like a motor boat. I removed the kick panel to access the blower, removed the blower to find leaves in the blower. I removed the glove box and panel to access the cabin air filter. Once I removed the access panel, I noticed the cabin air filter door had not been installed correctly. Removed the filter, cleaned all debris and reinstalled. Installed the filter and filter door properly. Re-installed the access panel behind the glove box. Reinstalled the blower and tested. Blower is as quiet as it was prior to Leson changing the filter. For the first time I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by Leson Chevrolet. More

The service dept. is great! After 2 purchases before i had on problems. This time they added extras costing $2000.00 which was added to the price & the loan. With $700 is great! After 2 purchases before i had on problems. This time they added extras costing $2000.00 which was added to the price & the loan. With $7000.00 down the loan was more than the window sticker price. Then my GM loan was made with my DAD`s name because I am a JUNIOR!!! If and when I need another car I WILL go to another dealer!!!! More

Leson was the 3rd dealership I went to trying to purchase my vehicle. Tiger Smith was the best salesman of all 3 and I initially met him over the phone. Traveling from Covington to Harvey on a Tuesday evening gave us an arrival time of 6:15PM and we left the dealership, with our new vehicle, around 9:30PM.
