He was annoyed I scheduled a service online and not with him, told me if it had been more than an oil change I would have not gotten in that day. Also when I asked cashier if I could pay with points (it was him, told me if it had been more than an oil change I would have not gotten in that day. I had such a wonderful experience with this service center! After a long trip, they not only took excellent care of my car but were kind enough to check on my cats while they waited in the car.
