The customer service person was very receptive and detailed. My car was fixed and was sent to another dealership 3 times for the same thing and they could never find the problem (While under extended detailed. I was there for an oil change for my truck. First, I was taken prior to my appointment time. That was a surprise. Then I had a coupon for the oil change, but I was advised that the work woul First, I was taken prior to my appointment time. That was a surprise. Then I had a coupon for the oil change, but I was advised that the work would be at no cost!!!! Now that was a big surprise. Then I was out actually BEFORE my appointment was supposed to start. I was in a search nationwide for a Chevrolet Bolt EUV. My wife has one that was sold prior to the sales lockdown and we really like it. I had contacted countless dealers from coast to coast and was receiv My wife has one that was sold prior to the sales lockdown and we really like it. I had contacted countless dealers from coast to coast and was receiving the same story; “Chevrolet won’t let us sell the ones on our lot, because the batteries haven’t been replaced yet, and all of those coming in are already spoken for.” I got the same story from Marley at Leson Chevrolet, but that she would work to help me get one. She called me back a couple of days later to inform me that they would not be able to sell me the one I had called about, but they had just received a blue one from the factory equipped the way I wanted, it had the new batteries, and was not reserved for anyone. I thanked her and told her to put my name on it. She spoke to Mr. Leson and they told me it was mine. I can’t thank Marley enough for her integrity and the perseverance she demonstrated in looking after me as a life long General Motors customer. More
