What a joke. Inquired about a vehicle they had for sale. Confirmed with 2 salesman that it was still available. They only had one picture on the website, I asked Inquired about a vehicle they had for sale. Confirmed with 2 salesman that it was still available. They only had one picture on the website, I asked for more along with a few questions about making a deal. Answers came back but no pictures. Asked again and half hour later I get a response from the manager that I’ve never talked to, response was “the vehicle is sold”.. Not “hey sorry we made another deal on it” or, “hey we don’t actually have it we are just baiting people to our lot” or “hey we just don’t want to work with you”. The odds of it selling in that time frame is possible, in which case that’s fine, I didn’t put a deposit-they never asked. But I’d expect a little more courtesy if that were the case. The other options are much more realistic. Just another terribly run dealer, I shouldn’t be surprised. More
