I am a first time Chevy owner and I was disappointed with the level of service received. I did not feel welcomed. I am used to receiving top tier service. I believe that the purpose of a business is to creat the level of service received. I did not feel welcomed. I am used to receiving top tier service. I believe that the purpose of a business is to create relationships with customers to keep them coming back. Money is an outcome from providing good service. My invoice was more than what was discussed. I had to challenge bogus charges. The cost was already more than I should have paid for a replacement key and fob. Shame on me for expecting honesty and quality from your business. I am only sharing this because you kept asking. I will not return because I can get poor service anywhere. More

Normally, an oil change costs around $80. I had a $50 off in points and still spent $60. Sheila even said it was 80 before it was serviced. I expected to pay 30ish.instead, it was around 60.
