Oil gauge was not reset after oil change so I had to make a trip back there which was inconvenient. They said my brakes needed to be done and sent me an estimate which turned out to be extremely low compared a trip back there which was inconvenient. They said my brakes needed to be done and sent me an estimate which turned out to be extremely low compared to what the service manager later told me it would actually be. If I had approved the work I would’ve expected to have paid about $1700 and she told me that I would’ve actually been charged about $2600. More

3 hr wait for a scheduled oil change. I had asked for my tires to be rotated, to which they failed to do so. My driver door came back dinged up and two scratches. Keith took photos and sa I had asked for my tires to be rotated, to which they failed to do so. My driver door came back dinged up and two scratches. Keith took photos and said I would be contacted by the next day. Days went by and no call. I reached out and left a voicemail. The next day I received a text apologizing and said they were waiting for a lender vehicle to be available. Another week went by with no new info. I reached out again and have got zero response. Absolutely ridiculous. More
