I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, GM has discontinued production of many OE parts for certain GM vehicles, which limits some of the repairs we are able to perform. The issue with Keith has been addressed, and you were correct regarding the tire being flat or low on air. Ultimately, we found a finishing nail in the tire. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to determine where or when the nail was picked up. We do not use or have finishing nails like that in our shop, so we cannot say where it came from. I am glad we were able to repair the tire in accordance with the tire manufacturer's policies and procedures. However, I sincerely apologize that this happened and for any inconvenience it caused you.
