Brought my 2026 Tahoe into service to have the satellite antenna replaced after it came off in the Leson car wash. Part was ordered in person at the counter and was advised I would be called when it came in antenna replaced after it came off in the Leson car wash. Part was ordered in person at the counter and was advised I would be called when it came in. After 3+ weeks and no notification, I called and advised the part was in. I set an appointment to have the part replaced. Brought the vehicle in and the part was replaced while I waited at the dealership. Upon checking out and speaking with the body shop representative (Paul), he advised the repair was more than they anticipated and had to pull down the headliner to access certain areas. After leaving with the vehicle, I immediately noticed an annoying rattle sound from the roof just above the sun visor on the driver's side. I immediately called Paul and left a voicemail to advise him of the rattle noise, as well as a broken piece of plastic that was hanging off the back of the driver's side sun visor. Have not received any callback from Paul or anyone else in the service department since. Would appreciate a call to schedule to bring the vehicle back and have this rattle sound addressed. Thank you! Though I was disappointed with my Colorado, which is still in the warranty. Having those guys in my corner, providing excellent service made the experience a lot better. Had an experience in my 2023, Colorado, where the fuel pump module went bad. Problem was I was on my way to my 20th anniversary out of town, Roadside assistance, got the vehicle towed to Lesson. After hea pump module went bad. Problem was I was on my way to my 20th anniversary out of town, Roadside assistance, got the vehicle towed to Lesson. After hearing and acltually listening to my predicament ,Tim and his crew got my vehicle fast tracked and repaired within 2 hours. It really saved my anniversary and made my wife and I glad that lesson is our dealership of choice when it comes to servicing and sale. We really appreciate the work that the whole crew there put in for their customers. Customer service at Lesson is SECOND TO NONE. I recommend LESSON to everyone I know. More
