Id give 0 stars if I could! I have a new 2025 Chevy that’s still under warranty. There was an issue and I made the mistake of taking it to Leson Chevrolet! The service departmen I have a new 2025 Chevy that’s still under warranty. There was an issue and I made the mistake of taking it to Leson Chevrolet! The service department had my vehicle for 10 days while they continued to give me the run around before Carlos, in the Service dept, told me it was the compressor but that it wasn’t covered under warranty. He even showed up at my private residence, WITH NO NOTICE, to take the loaner vehicle and leave me with my, un repaired vehicle. After the nightmare that Leson put me through, I was hesitant to take my car to ANY Chevrolet dealership, but it’s under warranty so I ended up taking it to a Chevrolet Dealership in Kenner. Not only did the Kenner dealership replaced the part needed,(which was NOT the compressor meaning that Leson had my car for OVER a week and never even diagnosed the issue) but they had me back in vehicle in just 5 days! Leson should take a lesson out of that dealership’s playbook. More
