I went in cause my key fob was not connecting to my truck so I couldn’t unlock, lock or start my truck. I had to only unlock my truck through the my Chevrolet app. Which is very frustrating!!! I bring it in and they said it was fix only to find out that same day it was doing the same thing. I called them back the same day and told them I still had the same problem and they said somebody will call me back. Days went by and nobody called me back. I called back and they transferred me 2 Mr. Keith I left a message and he called me back in about 3 days telling me that he will look into what was done. He called back and said that they had change my key fob and it should work but it wasn’t. I had 2 play with my key fob and button on my door handle until it connected. I called them back again to see what can be done and still to this date nobody has called me back so I had to go and put a different alarm system on my truck so that I can get in and out my truck without a problem More

I was disappointed with my service because they didn't complete all that I requested and didn't verbally inform me that they didn't complete my tire rotation as requested. They only mention it on the invo complete all that I requested and didn't verbally inform me that they didn't complete my tire rotation as requested. They only mention it on the invoice and I didn't read it until had driven away. They claim there was a swollen nut on the wheels. That was a big let down for me. Now I'll have to make an appointment at a different Chevy dealership to complete my needed service. This incident has made me loose confidence in Lesson Chevrolet service department..
